Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Brouwerij de Herenweg V.O.F. and to every distance agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and a consumer or business client.
Article 3 – The Offer
Products are only available to persons aged 18 and older.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind the entrepreneur.
Article 4 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the offer is accepted and confirmed by the entrepreneur.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receipt of the product.
Article 6 – Prices and Payments
All prices include VAT.
Payment is made via iDEAL or credit card.
Article 7 – Delivery
Delivery within the Netherlands, within 1–3 business days after shipment.
Processing within 5 business days after ordering.
Article 8 – Liability
Brouwerij de Herenweg V.O.F. is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
Article 9 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints can be submitted to info@brouwerijdeherenweg.com.
You will receive a substantive response within 14 days.
Article 10 – Force Majeure
In case of force majeure, Brouwerij de Herenweg V.O.F. has the right to suspend or terminate the agreement.
Article 11 – Disputes
Dutch law exclusively applies to agreements.
