Return / Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the product.

Return Conditions

  • Only unopened, undamaged products can be returned.

  • The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the consumer.

  • Returns must be sent back within 14 days after notification.

Return Procedure

  • Notify your return via info@brouwerijdeherenweg.com, including your order number.

  • Use the standard withdrawal form.

  • Include proof of shipment with your return.

Exceptions

  • Damaged or opened beers cannot be returned unless it concerns an incorrect delivery.
